Hugo

Hugo is a character from the Final Fight series. He is a professional wrestler and the main antagonist of Final Fight 3. Hugo is large and muscular, with a flamboyant personality. He is able to use his size and strength to overpower opponents. Hugo becomes the mayor of Metro City after Guy defeats him in a wrestling match. He later joins forces with the Skull Cross gang to take revenge on Guy, leading to the events of Final Fight 3. Hugo also appears in the Street Fighter series, specifically in Street Fighter III and Street Fighter V.
