Ruby is a main character in the animated series Steven Universe. She is a Garnet, a fusion of two Rubies, and a member of the Crystal Gems. Ruby is known for her fiery personality, determination, and loyalty. She is also deeply in love with Sapphire, another member of the Crystal Gems, making them one of the first LGBTQ+ couples in a children's animated series. Ruby's abilities include superhuman strength, speed, and agility, as well as the power to fuse with other Rubies to form Garnet.
