Whitebeard, also known as Edward Newgate, is a fictional character in the One Piece series. He is one of the Yonko, four powerful pirates who are considered to have the highest bounty in the series. Whitebeard is a large man with a muscular build, long white beard, and a menacing appearance. He is known for his immense strength and his ability to create powerful shockwaves with his bisento, Murakumogiri. He plays a significant role in the Marineford Arc, where he fights against the World Government to protect his crewmate, Portgas D. Ace.
