About

Jonathan, also known as Johnny, is the main human character in the Hotel Transylvania series. He is voiced by Andy Samberg in the first film and by David Spade in the sequels. Jonathan is a backpacker who stumbles upon the monster hotel and falls in love with Mavis, the vampire daughter of Dracula. He is friendly, adventurous, and open-minded, accepting the monsters for who they are. His relationship with Mavis leads to the integration of humans and monsters in the sequels.
