Jakotsu is a character in the Inuyasha series. He is a member of the Band of Seven, a group of mercenaries who were killed and resurrected by the power of the Shikon Jewel. Jakotsu is known for his sadistic personality and his ability to manipulate his own body into various forms. He is also a skilled swordsman and uses his halberd as his primary weapon. Despite his cruel nature, Jakotsu has a soft spot for Inuyasha and often finds himself torn between his loyalty to his friends and his duty to the Band of Seven.
