Byleth is the protagonist of Fire Emblem: Three Houses, a tactical role-playing game developed by Intelligent Systems and Koei Tecmo Games. Byleth is a mercenary who becomes a professor at the Officers' Academy at Garreg Mach Monastery. They are the main character and can be either male or female, with different storylines depending on the gender chosen.
