Wooper is a Water/Ground-type Pokemon introduced in Generation II. It has a blue body with a yellow belly and a long, thin tail. Wooper is known for its ability to live in both water and on land. It can absorb water through its body to stay hydrated. In the Pokemon series, Wooper evolves into Quagsire at level 20. Wooper is often found in wetlands and rivers, and it is known for its ability to camouflage itself in the mud.
