Flitter

Flitter is a minor character in the animated television show 'My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic'. She is a young, small, and energetic pegasus pony with a light blue mane and tail, and a sky blue coat. Flitter is a member of the 'Ponyville Weather Team' and is known for her speed and agility. She often assists Rainbow Dash with her weather duties and is a part of the 'Ponyville School' student body. Flitter has appeared in several episodes, mostly in the background, but has had speaking roles in a few episodes.
